Cancellation Policy
1.    The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it is dispatched/shipped. There will be no fees charged in this case. The amount charged at the time of booking the order shall be refunded minus any processing charges if applicable from the payment services provider/credit card company. This refund shall be processed within 7 business days to the same account from which the payment was made.

2.    If the customer contacts us to cancel the order once it is shipped, it might not be possible to do so since we use a third party shipper. However, the customer may choose to not accept the delivery at the doorstep and in this case the product is returned to us with the courier packaging and product packaging unopened. In this case we will be charging the shipping and handling fees to the customer before refunding the balance. Under such circumstances the refund shall be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product and verify the packaging and contents. Refund processing time is subject to the bank/payment services provider/credit card company timelines. We reserve the right to accept the cancellation of any order.

3.    We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and process the refund to the customer. The customer’s recourse is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds
1.    Once the packaging box is opened the products are non-returnable and non refundable due to hygiene and personal wellness concerns as the products are used on the skin, hair, nostrils.
2.    All our products are quality checked and inspected before packaging and dispatch and sealed. In the rare case the products are delivered in damaged condition, we will provide a free replacement within 15 business days of receiving the product back from the customer subject to the following terms & conditions:
a.    Just damaged packaging by itself due to shipping/handling to the customer will not be considered as grounds for replacement of the product or accessories. 
b.    A detailed unboxing video is a prerequisite for claiming a replacement of receipt of damaged products. The video has to be taken at the time of first unboxing of the package to prove that the package was sealed and was being opened for the first time on camera. Put the camera on a stable place in a well-lit place so everything is clear. Show the shipping label on the camera, which is present on the package. Shipping label contains the tracking number, your address and product details. It is important to show the shipping label clearly so it can be proven that the shipment you are unboxing is the correct shipment. Show all sides of the package especially the seal sticker to show that the package has not been opened before and you are opening it for the first time. Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged. In case everything is ok, and product is correct & in perfect condition, you are good to go. In case of damaged shipment: Once the package is opened, please show the product box condition in the camera to show any damages on the box and also show the product itself. All the steps above should be recorded without any cuts, and everything should be in frame all the times, do not take the product or shipment out of frame for even a slight moment.
c.    The customer has to inform us within 24 hours of accepting delivery of the product of its damaged condition with original invoice and serial number of the product.
d.    In order to help resolve issues with the product, we may troubleshoot the product either through online tools, over the phone, or request the customer to send the product to us or to our service partner for checking the issue.
e.    Our team will guide the customer via phone, email, messages on the most feasible way to return the product to us. Either the customer shall ship the product to us or we shall get it collected.
f.    Customer has to send the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
g.    Upon receiving the returned product, any product-related issues will be checked by us or our authorised service personnel and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective/damaged part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue. 

h.    In cases where an accessory is found damaged/defective, we may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue a refund for an amount equivalent to the cost of the accessory, at our discretion.

i.    In any case only 1 replacement of product and/or accessory is applicable per customer.

j.    Replacement is applicable only to original end user purchaser as per the order details in the invoice. 

k.    We  will not process return requests if the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse, is received in physically damaged condition from customer, Product is used or altered by the customer, returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged, Serial Number is tampered by the customer.

l.    Superficial wear & tear, external or internal damage or breakage due to mishandling by customer, Internal damage or malfunction due to usage of wrong power source or wrong amount of electrical power, product getting wet, wires being pulled and getting damaged, attempts to disassemble the device, or wrongful repairs shall render the product and / or accessories ineligible for replacement. 

m.    We reserve the right to make amendments to these policies, terms and conditions from time to time.

n.    Warranty All products come with a limited 1 year warranty from date of purchase for replacement or repair on manufacturing defects only. Applicable only to original end user purchaser.  Warranty does not cover superficial wear & tear, external or internal damage or breakage due to mishandling by user. Internal damage or malfunction due to usage of wrong power source or wrong amount of electrical power, product getting wet, wires being pulled and getting damaged are not covered under warranty. Trying to open or disassemble the device, or wrongful repairs shall nullify the warranty.
